Today's recipe combines 2 things that I love very much separately and had never thought of putting together- rice crispy treats and Nutella. GENIUS! These delicious treats were brought in to a work potluck by a friend of mine, Daavon. He brought in a bunch of trays of them and would leave one out at a time before replenishing, but he just couldn't seem to have one tray out for more than 5 minutes before they were gone (no, I did not eat all of them...)! Thanks for this unique spin off an already yummy dessert.
Nutella Rice Crispy Treats
Ingredients
-6 cups crisped rice cereal
-1 bag mini marshmallows
-3 tbsp butter
-1 cup Nutella
Directions
1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-low heat.
2. Stir in marshmallows until dissolved into a creamy consistency.
3. Add in Nutella and stir until fully incorporated.
4. Remove from heat and stir in cereal.
5. Spread into a 9"x13" pan and let sit.
6. Cut into bars when cooled.
