ABS-olutely

Fit Day Friday

We are celebrating my dad's birthday this weekend at home in Sarasota, so we are going to my dad's favorite place ever- the beach. Nothing says relaxation like crisp air, warm sand, and sound of the waves cracking on the shore. Now that the weather has warmed up quite a bit, a lot of people have that bikini-ready body in their mind that they are working toward. 2 abs workout that I do every morning takes very little time, and you can feel the results pretty instantly, so you know the look that you want is nearby. 


1. Lay flat on the ground with your arms by your sides.

2. Keeping your legs straight, slowly lift them up so that your toes are pointing at the ceiling, and then lower them down until they hover above the ground. The lifting and lowering should take about 5 seconds each.
3. Repeat this 10 times in a row, and do 3 sets.

2. Curling your legs, slowly bring your knees to your chest, and then extend them back out until they hover above the ground. The bringing and extending should take about 5 seconds each.
3. Repeat this 10 times in a row, and do 3 sets.

*It's ok to feel a little tension!

*Remember, the burn says it's working!
