Fit Day Friday
I used to get so bored running on a treadmill. I love running outside because there are so many different routes you can go with new and fun things to look at as you pass by. However, if the weather didn't allow for a run outside, it was all that I was left with. Even for a short 30min, it just seemed like such a task, and time would go by so slowly. What can I do to make these runs more interesting? I started downloading episodes on my iPod of Friends, one of my favorite sitcoms, and watch one episode per run. I would watch, laugh, gasp, and before I knew it, the episode was over which meant my run was as well! It no longer was a work-out, it was catching another great episode of that timeless sitcom that I still watch over and over again today.
