Tuesday's Tip
We all have been caught jamming out to our favorite songs in the car, right? The windows are closed, the music is cranked up, the chorus comes on, and you are belting it out as if you are on stage in front of 50,000 fans at a sold out concert... until you look over and see a car full of people staring at you and judging. Well, judge away! Music is an outlet, a way for us to describe our feelings, cultural, and entertaining. Did you know, though, that music can also enhance your workout? Research shows that those who listen to music while exercising are less likely to stop the activity early. Music also proves to make workouts more intense. These both make sense because it provides a distraction from the physical strains you are putting on your body, and with the right music, your body naturally just goes with the beat. So, put in those ear buds and workout to your favorite playlist!
