Seth and I have a mutual guilty pleasure when it comes to late-night sweet cravings, and thankfully it is just a quick drive down the road. Twistee Treat is a quaint little ice cream shop known for its buildings being in the shape of a soft-serve ice cream cone. The atmosphere is very friendly, inviting, and casual, and the prices are extremely affordable especially considering the portion sizes (now that's what I'm talking about!). The menu is huge and has anything from soft-serve to sundaes to milkshakes. What I always find myself drifting towards is the "Twirl" part of the menu, your favorite soft-serve flavor infused with the flavors of your favorite toppings. I try to get a different flavored Twirl every time we go, and that might take a while considering how many options there are! This weekend was one of my favorite Twirl discoveries- the Hot Fudge Brownie. Paired with vanilla soft-serve, each bite was full of fresh moist brownie chunks and rich tastes of chocolate all in a smooth consistency that always keeps me coming back for more. I am already craving another visit!

Get the birthday cake twirl. It's not always on the menu, but they take funfetti cake mix and twirl it with yogurt (I go for vanilla then ask for more sprinkles.) It's my favorite thing they have. #fatkids
