Are you finding yourself more tired than you'd like to be during the second half of your work day? Lunch is over, and there are just a few more hours of crunch time before you are off, but those few hours can sometimes be a struggle because of the energy fall. One of my favorite afternoon snacks that gives me that boost of energy needed to finish the day out strong and satisfies my sweet tooth at the same time is peanut butter and apple. The combination is one of the greatest tastes known to humankind, and the nutrition levels are so high. The peanut butter is loaded with protein, and apple provides a natural sugary taste while giving your body that extra serving of fruit it needs. The two together are the dynamic duo you can rely on to make the middle of your day a bit more interesting!
