Summer Skin Safety

Tuesday's Tip

Exercising outside? Now that the summer is in full force, it is important that you wear sunscreen during your outdoor workout, even if it is only going to be a short run. Also remember that you can even get sunburned when it is overcast, so even if you can't see the sun, it can still see you! Lastly, SPF 15 doesn't count. You'll need at least SPF 30. This goes for all shades of skin and have a huge impact on your susceptibility to skin cancer. So, get out there and enjoy this beautiful summer, but remember to protect your skin!
