Tuesday's Tip
Did you have a cheat day yesterday? Are you attending a wedding or party this weekend where you know you'll be indulging in festivities like food, cake, and alcohol? That's ok! Those days are absolutely acceptable every once in a while. To reduce the guilt felt after eating things that you have been so good at fending off, just amp up your exercise in the days before (if there is a planned event) or after (if you accidentally had a cheat day). Eating super healthy before and after those days is definitely going to help, but don't significantly reduce the amount of calories you intake. Starvation is a very serious thing to put your body through, especially since it also makes you tired, cranky, and often accompanied by headaches or other ailments. So, run it off, don't starve it off!
