Tuesday's Tip
Are your days jam-packed with work, cooking, cleaning, kids' activities, and family/friend time? There just isn't enough time in the day to get a good work-out in, right? WRONG! Put a little more pep in your step while walking around the office, to your car, or around your house. That extra speed gets your heart rate going. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. It helps with strengthening the muscles in your legs and back. Not only will you accomplish things at work and home more efficiently, you'll get a mini-work out in without interrupting your busy schedule. Win-Win!
