Seth and I went to one of our favorite restaurants last week after receiving some good news at work. We love barbecue and have tried nearly every barbecue place in town, but 4 Rivers has won us over. Seth loves the ribs, I love the burnt ends, and we both go crazy over the huge selection of sides. Our celebratory dinner wouldn't be complete without dessert though, right? To ring in the cold weather and holiday season, they had this huge cupcake in the shape of a snowman topped with a cake pop and chocolate top-hat that was calling my name. It was vanilla cake with vanilla frosting (YUM!), and flaked coconut really gave it that snow-like look. He was so cute it was almost hard to eat! Well, that's a complete lie... it was very easy to nearly inhale the entire thing.
