Tuesday's Tip
Making something delicious and nutritious for dinner tonight? Why not double the recipe so you can have another delicious lunch tomorrow? I love leftovers, especially because it lets you enjoy the yummy creation you made the night before. Once you start making something, it doesn't take much more effort to throw on an extra couple of chicken breasts and more veggies since you've already done the hard work of making the marinade. Another benefit is that it saves you money because your lunch is now made at home instead of being paid for out on your lunch break.
