Time is really of the essence these days, right? We shouldn't be leaving out a good workout because of this, though, because it is so important for your body's health. Think of your routine of getting ready for work. What are some things that you do that leave you standing idly for even just a couple of minutes? Waiting for the coffee to finish brewing (or the tea kettle to heat the water since I'm more of a tea fan myself)? Brushing your teeth? Watching the morning news? These short amounts of time are perfect for sneaking in a little workout. Doing a set of jumping jacks while waiting for your morning caffeine to be ready, doing some wall sits where you place your back against the wall as if you are sitting in an invisible chair while brushing your teeth (and you can do this twice a day since that's how often you should be brushing according to Dr. Dentist), or doing a nice full body stretch while watching the news are just some quick ways you can sneak in a workout without having to allocate extra precious time in a busy day. Get creative! It's actually very fun, even if you do get awkward stares from your husband ;)
