Tuesday's Tip
It is officially Spring! With temperatures warming up everywhere, take advantage of the time you get to spend outside. Seth and I plan on adding an evening walk with the dogs into our nighttime routine. It is a great way to sneak in some extra movement and burn a few extra calories, exert some energy out of the puppies, and give us an opportunity to catch up on how our day went.
