I find myself reflecting on our trip to Ireland last August and how we cannot wait to return. When my cousin Kevin from Ireland came to visit last month, he brought a gift for us that made me feel like I was back Ireland- Butlers Chocolate! You know those boxes of assorted chocolates we have here in the States that leave the luscious insides a mystery until you take your first bite? Kevin brought the Irish equivalent of that knowing that chocolate is one of my most favorite things in the whole world. Butlers Chocolate has been around since the 1930s delighting people with truffles, assorted chocolates, chocolate bars, and other forms of delicious chocolates. The box we were given is 2 layers worth of different flavors enveloped in white, dark, and milk chocolate, but the box is finally nearing the end. I try to limit myself to 3 per day, otherwise I would just eat the entire box in one sitting. The best part about these divine delicacies is that I have yet to taste one that I am not in love with! Thanks Kevin, and come back to visit anytime (pending that you bring those chocolates again...). Now, if you don't have an Irish cousin that can bring you these, fear not! Visit them online and have things sent right to your front door here!
